Marketplace Guidelines and Policies

Introduction

Welcome to the Marketplace! The place where you can select your next tattoo and piercing bookings! In the Marketplace, you are going to see thousands of requests for tattoo booking near you, and you can select a lead and take to booking for you! Please read the following instructions and rules for the Marketplace:

Every booking request is available for only one tattoo artist/studio
Bookings that are discussion will be marked in red and you won't be able to select them until the customer declines the booking with the other artist.
When contacting a customer, his specific booking request will be unavailable to other artists for 24 hours, unless the customer decides to go back to the Marketplace.
After you will select a lead, we will send an automatic message to start contacting the customer. After he replies, you will be able to have a free talk with each other. Please chat with respect and proper language.
Each artist/studio can chat with 2 Marketplace customers in the same time. Only when the customers decline or accept the booking, you will be able to take the next booking request.
